Honest comparison
QuickBooks reminds.
Dueflo collects.
QuickBooks Online's built-in reminders are genuinely fine for clients who pay after one nudge. They stop being enough the moment a client needs pressure, a conversation, or more than three touches. That's the gap Dueflo exists for.

Where the built-in reminders stop
QuickBooks lets you schedule up to three reminders per invoice, configured globally — the same message, the same schedule, for your best client and your worst payer alike. They only fire for invoices you emailed from QuickBooks, only within 90 days of the due date, and when a customer writes back, nothing changes: the robot keeps robot-ing.
For chronic late payers — the ones who cost you real money — three polite identical nudges read as ignorable. Late payers learn quickly which invoices have consequences and which don't.
What a collections process does differently
Dueflo syncs your overdue invoices from QuickBooks and runs an escalating six-step sequence: friendly at day 3, professional at day 7, firm by day 21, final demand by day 45 — each email written by AI for that client, that invoice, that step. If the client replies, everything pauses instantly and the reply is classified (promise to pay, dispute, hardship, question) and put in front of you. If a client owes five invoices, they get one professional statement — not five parallel nag threads. The full walkthrough of the sequence, reply handling, and pricing is on our automated invoice reminders for QuickBooks page.
Keep both
This isn't rip-and-replace: Dueflo works with QuickBooks, not instead of it. Your invoices, customers, and payments stay in QuickBooks — Dueflo adds the follow-through layer QuickBooks doesn't have, and marks invoices recovered when payments land.
