Honest comparison

Same sticker price.
Very different real price.

InvoiceSherpa is a capable product and the closest tool to Dueflo on the market — the plans even cost the same. The difference hides below the sticker: a 1% fee on invoices paid through it, and template emails where Dueflo writes each message with AI and listens for replies.

Based on both vendors' publicly published pricing and feature pages as of July 2026 — verify current details with each vendor. InvoiceSherpa is a trademark of its owner; Dueflo is not affiliated with it. Where InvoiceSherpa is stronger, this table says so.

Where InvoiceSherpa is genuinely stronger

Honesty first: InvoiceSherpa bundles a customer payment portal, late-fee automation, and autopay at every tier, supports more accounting platforms, and allows more open invoices at the entry tier (100 vs our 50). If those are your deciding features and the 1% fee doesn't bite at your volume, it's a reasonable choice.

Where Dueflo wins

Dueflo does one thing deeply instead of many things broadly: QuickBooks Online collections. Every email is written by AI for that client, that invoice, that escalation step — not merged from a template. When a client writes back (“paid last week”, “can we split this?”), sequences pause instantly across all their invoices, the reply is AI-classified, and you decide the next move. Prefer control? Review-first mode holds every email for your approval. And the price on the page is the price you pay — no percentage of your own money.
